Mar Vista is a real estate development in Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica. Their logo was already designed but I helped to modernize their brand style across all of their new marketing materials. I designed and developed a website on WordPress CMS with many customizations and add-ons such as in interactive lot map. I also created new print material, including a sales folder with illustrated maps of each neighborhood and a master plan.
