Senderos is a luxury real estate development in the popular beach town of Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Though I did not design their logo, I have been working with them since the launch of their brand, and have developed their brand style guide including color palette and image style. For their launch in December 2019, I designed and developed two seperate WordPress sites: one general info and lifestyle site and one for real estate listings. They had two different goals but had to work well together. I also designed the master plan, community maps, sales kit, site signs, billboards, digital and print ads, email templates and social media posts.
